Sales Strategy

A sales strategy is a plan by an individual or a company to sell products/services to generate & increase revenue.

It enables you to sell your products or services repeatedly and successfully.

This strategy is constantly tested, evaluated, optimised and iterated to achieve the desired results.

Bespoke sessions from a proven framework that ensures your business is set up for sales success.

This session is interactive, and explores your current sales strategy (defined or not), updates or refines the strategy, and helps with implementation over a period of 3-6 months,

We complete a one-page plan that has: Purpose, Target Customer, Brand, KPI's, Goals.

Intentional Teams

Using the framework of 5 Dysfunctions of a team - Patrick Lencioni this powerful workshop transforms teams in so many areas:

Trust, Commitment, Productivity, accountability, and results

Teams that complete this workshop conduct a presurvey to determine where they believe they are functioning. Results of this are anonymously revealed through the session.

Most commonly used with Executives or SLT or Managment level.

MEET THE FOUNDER

Di Murphy

I love selling and performance. As a growth & performance expert my passion is working with teams, who are searching for betterment.

I stepped into a Medical Insurance Company in 1991, that is when my world of sales really started to unfold. 23 years of age, had been overseas travelling, and I had no real money to speak of. I was trained to get my leads directly out of the phone book, cold calling, making the appointment, going to people’s homes, and selling them medical insurance. I thought - how hard can it be! It was not as easy as I thought. I soon learned that being consist in my approach, frequency, & unwavering relentlessness, bought sales through the door.

Practice every day being awesome, and surely it would come. It did, I became very successful at what I did, and had some fantastic monetary rewards. Money didn’t drive me (while it was nice), success did!

The art of selling has been practised for over 35 years, so am I an expert....yes, do I know it all, NO! You never stop learning.

I have a Bachelor of Applied Management, a Business Diploma Majoring in marketing. I am a Master Trainer for Extended DISC.

I constantly read for betterment. I am a practising facilitator and coach.

Leading a high performance sales team made me discover my purpose in life - watching others succeed is a passion and a desire. It is, therefore, how I earn my money!

While sales has always been my passion, the last 8 years have been dedicated to working with teams across many industries. The common goal is always intentional teams. This requires teams to be self-aware, lead themselves well, build trust, accountability, and focus on team results.

Working with tools such as Extended DISC for behavioural profiling helps teams work better together by enhancing their understanding of each other.

The workshops I have created allows for teams to go from 'a team’ to a ‘intentonal team’.

Nothing happens, until a sale is made.

Sales are everywhere, and in business, “nothing happens until a sale is made”. Sales come in all forms: trade - sell - barter - purchase - acquire - buy - negotiate - retail - wholesale - ecommerce to name a small few.

The question - do you sell intentionally, or do you just go to work every day, and hope you sell something?

Are salespeople born? I think some people have a natural flare with sales but with good disciplines, anyone can sell anything, if the desire is there.

Intentional Influencing is a purpose driven sales, sale strategy, and sales leadership business. Taking all the knowledge, learnings (from mistakes) from over the years, and share with others. No matter what industry you are in, or stage in your career, you can be an expert.


As Malcolm Gladwell said it may take 10,000 to become an expert, but every journey starts with a single step.
